By creating an account, purchasing a pack, or uploading photos to Love Lit (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
Love Lit provides AI-generated wedding photo previews based on photos you upload. We are not a photography studio and do not provide on-location wedding photography. Outputs are simulations for personal inspiration and planning.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Upload rights and consent
You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded images, that everyone pictured has consented to processing, and that all subjects are at least 18 years old. You will not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.
Prohibited content
You may not upload images of minors, celebrities used without rights, deepfakes intended to deceive, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
Ownership of outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to download and use outputs for private, non-commercial wedding planning. We retain rights to operate the Service, improve models, and enforce policies.
Payments and packs
Packs are sold as described at checkout (currently 15 digital previews and 5 printable posters per pack). Prices may change before public launch. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Lit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for dissatisfaction with AI likeness accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pack in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Uploaded content may be deleted per our retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
